Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does the rubber front profile contribute to bar performance?
A: The rubber front profile is designed to reduce airflow resonance and improve aerodynamic and functional efficiency.
Q: What load limit must be respected?
A: Do not exceed the maximum load indicated in the installation instructions or the vehicle manufacturer's roof limit. Always follow the lower of the two values.
Q: Do I need to remove the bar end cap to insert a T-connector?
A: No. The patented PTO (Press-To-Open) system allows for the rapid insertion of T-connectors without removing the end cap.
Q: How are the feet positioned on the bars during installation?
A: The lower channels allow for connection and sliding of the feet, while markings under the bar assist in quick positioning.
Q: Can I mount a roof box or other T-Track accessories?
A: Yes. Silenzio bars are equipped with a T-Track channel for mounting accessories compatible with T-connectors.
