How to buy

You can buy from our store by selecting the items you want from the product list.

Careful! The delivered products may be different from those presented in the images or description, for example color, accessories or packaging, these being informative. This may be caused by the manufacturing batch of the products, but it cannot affect their functionality. Descriptions and images are taken directly from suppliers or manufacturers.

If you come into possession of the product / products and find differences from those in the images or description, you can return the product / products by following the steps in the "Return Policy" section.

Prices are expressed in LEI and include VAT.

To buy, it is necessary to enter the desired quantity (minimum 1 piece) in the basket.

To add the desired product to the cart, press the "Add to Cart" button, after which you can continue shopping. If you want to view the shopping cart, go to the shopping cart (at the top right of the page), where you will have the option "View Cart".

You will need to enter shipping, billing and payment information to complete your order.

If you have chosen "Online with bank card" payment, you will be redirected to the euplătesc.ro platform, the transaction will be processed and approved, and you will receive a confirmation email.

With the "Courier payment - COD" option, the products will be paid for by the courier at the time of their delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated based on distance and weight, and will be added to the final price of the product.
